Reminder to all residents: Owning a dog is a privilege at Summit Village, not a right. Dogs must remain on a leash at all times when outside of your unit. Please be sure to pick up all POOP; think of all of the other residents living here. Keep in mind that there are breed restrictions in Summit Village. If you are uncertain whether a specific breed is allowed, please call the office at 407-831-4900 before obtaining a new pet. We certainly want you to do your research before making a decision that could have a negative impact on the animal as well as yourself. Please be a responsible pet owner.
